The first modifcation to make to the case is to cut a square hole in the top panel, near the front, to which the power junction box will mount using the red acrylic panel from Page 6.
Remember children: measure twice; cut once. This is even more true when hacking a hole in a US$200 case you've air-freighted from the other side of the world.
I had no problems with the section I cut out, but I found that the screw heads were too large for the holes I had drilled. The solution was just to re-drill them a little larger to get the flush fit that I wanted.
The same applied to the two clear blocks I made (shown here).
